Last Updated: Feb 23, 2025The following are non-negotiable standards, in order to maintain a healthy partnership between artist and commissioner.For all intents and purposes, the Customer refers to those commissioning the art, and the Artist refers to me (PricklyGoose).
The Artist will not budge on will's and won't's.
The Customer may not mint the Artist's product into NFTs.
The Customer may not feed the Artist's work into an AI tool.
The Artist holds the right to refuse a commission.
The Customer must be 18 years or older.
Characters belong to their respective owners, however the artwork remains as belonging to the Artist.
The Artist reserves the right to use any commissioned pieces in their portfolio or as examples of their work.
Payment is taken upfront through Paypal, Venmo, or CashApp.
Turnaround time is typically 15-25 days, depending on complexity.
Estimated completion date will be decided upon payment.
In the absence of visual reference, the Artist requires a vivid, detailed description and may ask questions as many questions as needed.
The Artist will check in once after the sketch is completed and once after flat colors are applied. One revision may be requested for free upon both checkpoints.
Once the work is completed, the Customer may receive one revision for free. Any additional revisions will come with a surcharge depending on complexity.
Once work has begun, a partial refund may ONLY be requested or offered in the case of an emergency.
